Regional meetings - are held annually in all regions: with guest speakers and elections of regional representatives. Regions decide whether registration fees should be paid.
Annual meetings - once a year: general business concerning the pecan industry are discussed. Members attend for free.
Symposiums - every second year: Specific topics are discussed, research results are submitted, poster readings are presented and sponsors display their products.
